Our policy lasts 30 days to exchange a tee for a different size. Or any non sale clothing item.
Refunds
We do not offer returns for refunds. Only store credit or exchange.
ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED AFTER CHECKING OUT. IF FOR SOME REASON THEY ARE AS SOME CUSTOMERS WE JUST DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU WILL BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE SINCE ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AS PLACED. ALL PREORDER ITEMS THAT ARE CANCELLED ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE.
Address
Once an order is placed we are not able to change the address. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure their address is correct. If YOU as the buyer pays with the wrong shipping address and we are able to get the message BEFORE it is shipped we can send a NEW SHIPPING INVOICE at the cost of the buyer as the cost of shipping was already used for the label of the wrong address. It is the BUYERS responsibility before they checkout to make sure the shipping address is correct.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If you return a sale item, it will be returned back to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ranchchiccorral@gmail.com and send your item to: 311 Main Ave Lemmon SD 57638, United States.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for any reason, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once items LEAVE our shop we are not responsible for the delivery of them. The post office or UPS is. If your item is lost we will work with you under reasonable circumstances to file a claim if you chose priority shipping at checkout with insurance.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please allow up to 30 days for embroidery items. Most other items will be the standard shipping turnaround time of 7-10 MAILING days Monday-Friday since items are ordered, designed, and printed as ordered.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
